Adam is the founding lawyer of Nexus Legal. His areas of focus include family law, real estate purchases, sales, and mortgage refinancing. He is also experienced in legal matters related to foreclosures, corporate transactions and commercial property law. Adam has successfully represented clients before the Provincial Court and the Court of Queen’s Bench on a range of legal matters.

Born and raised in Alberta, Adam earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta before completing his Law Degree (JD) with a specialization in Corporate and Commercial Law in 2012. Prior to beginning his legal career, he worked in property development, giving him valuable industry experience that he leverages to help his clients.

Adam is known for his compassionate and dedicated approach to his clients, consistently upholding the principles of good service and good law.

Sadaf is a dedicated legal professional focusing on family law, providing thoughtful representation to individuals navigating complex personal matters. Sadaf was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024 and the Alberta Bar in 2025, allowing her to serve clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Sadaf completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Alberta before earning her Juris Doctor in 2021.

Sadaf is committed to delivering clear advice tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. Her approach emphasizes professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication. She strives to support clients with integrity, discretion, and a deep understanding of the sensitive nature of family law matters.

Prince Singh Virk is a Student-at-Law with a strong foundation in civil litigation, corporate and commercial law, real estate, and estate matters. Prince brings a practical, client-focused approach to legal work, combining careful legal analysis with clear communication and effective problem-solving.

Born and raised in Edmonton, Prince obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta before earning a Juris Doctor (JD) from Bond University, where Prince specialized in Corporate and Commercial Law and completed a Certificate in Taxation Law. This combined legal and business background allows Prince to approach client matters with both legal precision and commercial awareness.

Before entering legal practice, Prince gained experience in government, financial services, and client advisory roles, including supporting economic development initiatives for the Government of Canada. Prince is passionate about helping clients understand their legal options and move forward with confidence, and takes pride in identifying practical solutions while supporting clients through complex legal issues with care and compassion.

As a Student-at-Law at Nexus Legal, Gary provides thoughtful and practical legal services across a variety of practice areas, including residential and commercial real estate, corporate and commercial law, civil litigation, estate planning, and surrogate, guardianship, and trusteeship matters.

Gary brings a unique, ground-up perspective to legal practice, having spent over seven years as a paralegal and office manager prior to articles. This hands-on experience allows Gary to efficiently navigate complex client matters with a strong understanding of both procedure and client needs.

Gary’s practical experience is complemented by a strong academic background, including a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Commercial Law and credentials from the London School of Economics and the University of Cambridge. As a designated Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), Gary blends technical precision with a client-first philosophy.
